The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences (except dishwasher) and there is a full bathroom with a tub and a bidet, as well as an office with two desks and a computer with internet connection (wireless wifi). Finally, the apartment has a small closed balcony and a private parking space with direct lift access.<br />

The apartment is located in O Temple, a quiet and peaceful bedroom community just 4 mi away from the centre of A Coruña. There is a toll-free motorway access and buses to the city centre every 15 minutes (the bus stop is just 270yd away and the access to the motorway, 540yd). A Coruña airport is only 2 mi away. It is a short walk to the promenade of O Burgo (5 min), with a 5km/3mi bicycle path, recreational parklands by the sea and a botanical garden. There is a number of nice beaches in the nearby area: Santa Cristina, Santa Cruz, Mera, Sada or Gandarío, among many others, all within a radius of between 2 and 9mi.<br />
